Design Department
This department prepares the necessary designs for projects after conducting topographic surveys of the required sites. Initial architectural concepts are developed, and after approval, they are transformed into detailed plans and completed across all specialties (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, safety, and fire protection systems). The work is delivered comprehensively, with the ability to present projects in 3D using the latest engineering software, including interior designs and office, commercial, and residential furniture layouts.
Surveying and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
The Surveying and GIS Department is responsible for collecting, storing, analyzing, and managing data. It includes all information related to a site, linking spatial and descriptive data to support decision-makers in easily accessing information.
Environmental Studies and Consulting
The office is equipped with qualified technical staff and sufficient expertise to conduct environmental impact assessments and environmental audits across industrial, developmental, and commercial fields. The aim is to identify environmental impacts and achieve maximum project efficiency in compliance with the regulations of the National Center for Environmental Compliance. The office also prepares environmental proposals for various projects, conducts field visits and inspections to assess environmental impacts, and provides guidance and recommendations to mitigate them in accordance with approved standards. It also prepares environmental records for projects and provides ongoing monitoring services for clients.
Supervision of Blasting Operations Using Dynamite
The office is accredited by the Weapons and Explosives Department in Makkah to supervise blasting operations using dynamite. A specialized team utilizes the latest devices to measure vibration levels resulting from blasting, ensuring they remain within permissible limits to guarantee the safety of lives and property, while preparing the necessary technical reports.
Security, Safety, and Fire Protection Consulting
The office is accredited by the High Commission for Industrial Security, Civil Defense, and the Saudi Council of Engineers in the field of safety and fire protection systems. We provide engineering solutions to protect lives, properties, facilities, and buildings from fire hazards. Our methodology is based on identifying potential risks, studying, analyzing, and evaluating them to establish sustainable protection systems. We dedicate our efforts to advancing fire protection and safety standards in Saudi Arabia to align with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 for a safe environment and a protected society. Our services include preparing safety plans, handover certificates, compliance reports, and all technical documents required by Civil Defense.

This department provides project management and monitoring services with an advanced approach that keeps pace with ongoing development, aiming for success at both technical and financial levels. A specialized project management team, equipped with the latest software, works in full coordination with the office’s other departments.
